  1. Shipping Methods:We primarily use USPS for all our shipping needs. Our standard shipping option is USPS Priority Mail, which offers reliable delivery times and package tracking. Expedited shipping options such as USPS Priority Mail Express may also be available at an additional cost.
  2. Processing Time:RTS items are usually processed within 1-2 business days of ordering. Customized items could take between 2-3 weeks depending on what is requested. Please note: processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotions.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time:The estimated delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is typically 1-3 business days within the contiguous United States. For USPS Priority Mail Express, delivery is usually guaranteed within 1-2 business days.
  4. Tracking Information:Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment on the USPS website or mobile app.
  5. Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen during checkout and the destination of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
  6. Shipping Restrictions:We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping currently.
